My favorite city is Mournhold; I thought it to be the funnest of them all. I have yet to find any good tribunal mods out there. The only thing I have heard about is a Dark Brotherhood mod, which I will probably get if it takes place mostly in mournhold. I am looking for some nice quest mods and such, maybe shop additions and what not to keep me in the city longer with this new character.

I did a search, nothing turned up for my line of view.

Kind of an insulting way to begin a request for mods. Anyways there are several good mods that cross over into Mournhold, it's just that you have to understand that Mournhold doesn't provide the amount of space fo building that Vvardenfell and Solstheim does.

Mournhold is the one place that hasn't had many mods done for it, since there isn't really any room to 'add' anything.

AlexanderJr, that is included in Tamriel Rebuilt. The exteriors are actually added to Map 3, but there are object errors at the moment.

Mournhold Downtown at Morrowind Summit by by Varg 'Euthanasiologist'.

"Mournhold Downtown creates an exterior area around Mournhold. It consists of some farming ground, a few houses, one small quest to make it appear more alive. Nothing exciting, but some space to breathe fresh air while in Mournhold. Finally, shouldn't there be at least something around the capital?

This mod was inspired by and based on Mournhold Farms by omer135. Most of the landscape is his work. I mainly worked with objects - cells, walls, buildings, doors, dialogues, scripts, quest, etc., and made shores much less steep."

Ald Indoril at Morrowind Summit by Ottar.

"A whole new area of Mournhold, Ald Indoril, that is accessible through doors in Godsreach and the Plaza (or through the sewers). It features guilds, complete with services and quests, shops, taverns, a brothel and a sort of mysterious religious brotherhood. There is no "main plot" to this mod - instead it is though to be an extension of the already great game. I just missed the guilds in Mournhold...

Secondly, there are other new quests both in the "normal" parts of Mournhold and back in Vardenfell. Most notably there is a new quest involving everyone's favourite girl friend, Ahnassi! If you have finished all the Ahnassi quests (and have access to her home), try talking to her again for a while. Khajiites rule. Lastly, there are a few random new dungeons that I have added throughout the game, mostly just out in the wild for you to discover randomly."

Mournhold Docks by Nemon.

Nemon gives Mournhold the same attention to detail that he gave Vvardenfell in "Add-on Morrowind". This mod adds several new areas to Mournhold, all exquistirely detailed. Comes with an unfinished village in the Molag Mar region that is worth downloading for its own sake. These are BETAs, but they are two of the most interesting and whimsically detailed BETAs you will ever find.

I've got a work-in-progress called Mournhold Expanded which will add a substantial area to the north of the existing Mournhold.

Here's some screenies http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/princess_...m/ph//my_photos

I've got some other mods on the go at the moment, but it will be completed and will not interfere with any other Mournhold mods that I'm aware of.

GrayskiesRooster: I did not believe my request to be insulting at all. I only knew of one "for almost sure" mod that enhanced mournhold's playtime, which was the Dark Brotherhood mod, which I can't seem to find lol. I've just heard the name thrown around these forums. Assuming it all took place in mournhold. Sorry if it sounded so.

Ooooh Korana and Princess_stomper I am lovin those screenies!

Maybe more mods should be made for Tribunal... They don't need to be big mods either. Perhaps a Misc. Quest mod. Ex: Have the lady that owns the museum claim one of her pieces has been stolen by the Dark Brotherhood, some bandit, a renegade Alamalexia Guard, Gaenor all washed up after you beat him looking for a change in luck, or something and have you find it for her then you get a small prize. Stuff like that is what I cherish. Ah hah! *good idea* Have a small Private Investigator building somewhere in mournhold, where the old worn-out current PI is needing a helping hand.. You come in and that leads the story to a whole slew of reandom misc. quests! If I knew anything at all about modding I'd do it. Hehe, this is not a request or any of the sort just suggestions to current modders who could need a simple idea or two happy.gif

downloading Ald Indoril! thankyou all!

Aye. Ald-Indoril sounds interesting. Downloaded. Never caught my attention yet.

Otherwise I would add myself to the crowd who will welcome Tribunal mods, as I like to spend time in Mournhold as well. It's a great place to visit.

One mod, which isn't really related to Mournhold, but is located there: "Mournhold Clock Maker". Most excellent. Adds a selection of spiffy clocks to buy. Yes, could have been located in Vivec or anywhere, too. So doesn't really qualify as "Tribunal mod" per definition.

There is also an "Arena" mod, which is a fun mod in which you get the stronger characters in Morrowind - Dagoth Ur, Almalexia, Gaenor, Fargoth, etc - to fight each other. Lots of fun!

The three Pseron Wyrd mentioned are really good - Ottar said a while back that he was continuing work on Ald Indoril, making it a bigger mod. I hope so.

They're all good mods - all worth a download smile.gif

1. I'm always happy when this issue gets revisited. I like the style of Mournhold, and always look forward to trying out mods that either use elements from Tribunal or that extend/alter Mournhold.

2. Congrats, Nemon! 74_74.gif cake.gif foodndrink.gif bubbly.gif Somehow your Mournhold work passed me by; but I always run your Balmora and Vivec Interiorators, which I do really enjoy.

3. I made myself refrain from bringing up stomper's in-progress mod as I think my enthusiasm for it has begun to irritate to some folk biggrin.gif but I would be willing to bet I'll really enjoy that mod when it's done.

Have no link at the moment, but the Mournhold Mages Guild mod was nice, too! It's a small quest in which you help a group of mages to claim Velas Manor in Godsreach. Nice, useful (you have access to a new guild house afterwards, after all!), and even funny ...

And then there's the Winged Guar Attic - take over the attic as your glorious Mournhold residence! tongue.gif (Maybe a bit overpowered in a few respects, if I recall correctly, but a very nice idea nonetheless!)

Probably both mods are unavailable from the usual mod sites, but Google might find a download opportunity - give it a try, if you want!

Mournhold - Isn't it great?! wink.gif

Well your insinuation that "good" or "quality" mods, didn't exist irked me when I first replied, so I apologize if it bothered you, but as I take into scope all mods known to me in general (which is a lot)...well I dislike dislike "bestest" threads anyways, but I took your request the wtong way so I'm sorry.

Well it was typed without a moments thought and was more than anything referring to mods that aren't something along the lines of a set of armor that is found in mournhold, some modder's resource weapon that is placed there. You know, something that I am not looking for, hehe. I need quests and such! Well I have gotten some great answers, and have downloaded Ald Indoril, Mournhold Downtown, and Mournhold Docks.
